- Developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on hiring best practices.
- Utilizing data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Publish and promote job openings on the company website and all relevant job boards, ensuring they are consistently updated and accurately reflect our current opportunities.
- Support the implementation of automation tools to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Liaise with key external stakeholders at universities and various engineering boot-camps to arrange events such as career fairs, hackathons, company presentations and any events that could bring value to Wintermute.
- Greet and host all candidate interviews on-site, ensuring a smooth and seamless interview experience for both candidates and interviewers
Hard skills requirements:
- Educated to a degree level (BSc/MSc)
- 2-5 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a high-performance organisation.
- Experience in conducting interviews and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Experience in organizing and participating in recruitment events such as career fairs, hackathons, and company presentations.
- Ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of channels including headhunting and direct outreach.
- Extremely organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
- Strong Excel skills to present data for each role and perform deep dive analyses to identify areas for process improvement.
- Great communication skills - clear, concise, empathetic, ability to speak with very different people (e.g. from deep technologists to MBA graduates)
- Proven ability to see the bigger picture, commercial strategy, understand new functional areas quickly, and have a cross-functional mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.

Note:
- We are unable to accept fully remote candidates as we operate in a hybrid working model. This role will require a significant in-office presence.
