- Payroll Processing: Accurately process monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Compliance: Ensure payroll processing complies with Spanish labor laws and regulations, including IRPF (Income Tax), Seguridad Social (Social Security), and other statutory requirements.
- HR Support: Assist with HR functions such as employment contracts, employee records, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Software Implementation: Setup and manage our internal payroll software, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
- Reporting: Generate and submit required payroll reports to relevant government agencies, including Modelo 111 and 190 declarations.
- Employee Assistance: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR in Spain.
- Proficiency with Spanish payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
