About the role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role across our Human Resources Department. In this role, you’ll own key operational areas including onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee support and HR administration. You will be hands-on managing core HR operations while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology, including AI and automation, to increase efficiency and scale HR workflows.

As part of the HR team, you will play an important role in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly while helping deliver a first-class employee experience.
You may find yourself doing all of the following:
- Processing multi-state US payroll and ensuring payroll data, deductions and records are accurate and compliant
- Administering employee benefits including enrollments, life event changes, and monthly benefit invoice reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation including employee files and data integrity within HR systems
- Coordinating all aspects of employee onboarding including offer letters, new hire communications and HR system setup
- Serving as a point of contact for HR-related questions and helping managers navigate HR processes and policies
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR workflows and leveraging macros, AI, automations to streamline operations
Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience processing multi-state US payroll
- Experience administering employee benefits programs
- Experience using automation tools, macros or AI to HR operations
- Ability to manage operational HR processes independently with strong attention to detail
- U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S.
