Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in the events and creative industry.
• Strong skills in 3D visualization, walkthroughs, and high-impact presentations.
• Solid knowledge of design fundamentals and creative storytelling.
• Expertise in team leadership, mentoring, and project ownership.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max (or equivalent 3D software), D5, Unreal Engine, and related tools.
• Ability to translate client briefs into innovative and practical creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English is a must).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A growth mindset with the readiness to develop, adapt, and elevate the creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision from concept to execution across events, activations, and large-scale productions.
• Collaborate with design, production, and account management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supervise and inspire designers, ensuring high-quality visual output and consistent creative direction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and design innovations to keep the agency ahead of the curve.
• Represent the creative department in client meetings and pitches with compelling presentations.
