About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and launch of a mobile app. This is a 0-to-1 product role where you'll own the full product lifecycle from scoping to execution while collaborating closely with a major mobile carrier's in-house development studio. You’ll be responsible for delivering an app that connects users to the Sei ecosystem, including wallet functionality, ecosystem discovery, and gamified experiences. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English and is based in NYC or APAC.
Location: Must be based full-time in New York City or APAC
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a mobile app, from v1 through future iterations
Define the product roadmap, manage prioritization, and lead execution in collaboration with internal teams and external development partners
Manage relationships with external engineering partners to ensure alignment, delivery, and quality
Drive key features such as wallet integration, ecosystem discovery, in-app incentives, and gamification
Deliver weekly milestones toward major launches (v1, v2, v3) and track progress
Optimize for user adoption and engagement, with success metrics focused on WAUs (Weekly Active Users)
Serve as the connective tissue between the Sei team, the mobile carrier, and the development studio
What we're looking for
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer mobile apps
Proven experience shipping 0-to-1 mobile products and managing external development partnerships
Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills in both
Background in either big consumer tech (e.g., Meta, Snap, YouTube, Instagram) or crypto-native apps (e.g., Coinbase, Binance, Robinhood)
Familiarity with mobile wallet products, gamification, or ecosystem-driven apps
Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment and operate like a founder: scrappy, resourceful, and execution-focused
Nice to haves
Experience in DePIN, passive crypto apps (e.g., Pi, Grass), or superapp environments
Previous founder or early-stage startup experience
Understanding of mobile wallet security and user onboarding best practices
Design intuition or previous work directly influencing UX/UI decisions
