Requirements
- Develop Ecosystem Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Sei ecosystem, engaging developers, partners, and the broader community to drive adoption and brand visibility.
- Identify Collaboration Opportunities: Evaluate and build partnerships and co-marketing initiatives within the ecosystem to amplify Sei’s reach and solidify its position as the fastest layer 1 blockchain.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Monitor emerging industry trends, narratives, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for ecosystem growth and alignment with Sei’s vision.
- Content Development: Craft engaging and educational content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and thought leadership pieces, to inspire and connect with the Sei community.
- Community & KOL Management: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and stakeholders, strengthening Sei’s position as a trusted partner in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure ecosystem marketing aligns with Sei’s broader goals and brand messaging.
Responsobilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or Web3.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystem dynamics, including key stakeholders, trends, and opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to craft effective growth strategies in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience building strong relationships with partners, developers, and influencers.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a track record of developing compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and drive engagement.
