- Operational Strategy: Partner with the SVP of Operations to formulate and drive operational strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Project Management Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of company-wide projects. Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Implement RISC Zero operational efficiency and productivity initiatives across corporate functions holding individuals, teams, and their managers accountable for defined KPIs and other measures of success. Continually provide strategic insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Finance and Accounting: Take ownership of overseeing payroll, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial management. Provide strategic input on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.
- Procurement, Vendor, and Technology Oversight: Develop and oversee the procurement, vendor, and technology processes. Develop strategies for vendor selection, procurement, and performance evaluation.
- Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning: Partner with the Security team in the implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies, including business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts. Ensure all regulatory compliance matters are addressed effectively.
