  • Contribute and monitor adoption mechanisms and reporting structures to demonstrate success and traction
  • Collaborate effectively with GTM, Product, Engineering, Communications, and Marketing teams as well as external partners and the broader XRPL community

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or developer-focused roles with demonstrated success in growing regional developer ecosystems
  • Background in fintech, payments, or financial services technology preferred
  • Regional Market Understanding: Experience working in APAC markets with solid understanding of business culture, fintech ecosystem, and developer personas across individual to enterprise segments

  • Strong collaborative skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with clear accountability for regional results
  • Understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and digital asset adoption preferred
  • Experience with blockchain technologies, APIs, developer platforms, or emerging financial technologies
