Ripple is growing, and we're looking to hire an experienced Client Solutions Director based in New York. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody, Stablecoin, and Payments, effectively communicating the value propositions to Banks, Financial Institutions, and Crypto-Natives.
  • Preferably, a strong understanding of digital asset custody.
  • Collect business requirements, define scope, and build designs and specifications.
  • Work with clients to understand where and how technology can assist them in meeting their objectives.
  • Work closely with clients, as well as internal teams, to construct solution designs, cost estimates, and implementation plans spanning all systems involved.
  • Field queries, acting as the single point of contact for the new system, for both the client and internal teams for future designs, improvements, and strategic direction.
  • Own the product feedback loop from Customer engagements.
  • Own RFx response/review process with internal and external SMEs.
  • Support Sales process with functional and technical deep dives.
  • Support pre-production solution scoping and design (e.g., PoC, Pilot, MVP).
  • Own live demonstrations to clients and sandbox management.
  • Inform and shape the product roadmap with client feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology and digital asset use cases, including Smart contracts, decentralized finance, and further applications.
  • Deep understanding of private key cryptography, key storage models, cyber security, and platform solution design.
  • Preferably a good understanding of the digital asset custody market.
  • (+10 years) experience in Software/IT System business development, (Technical) (Pre)Sales, Solution Architecture, or equivalent.
  • (+2 years) of relevant experience (advising and selling to financial institutions).
  • Demonstrated track record of successful business development support.
  • Active network in the financial institutions or digital asset sector.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and willingness to take on responsibility and work independently.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (Salesforce), basic programming experience, and preferably experience with Key Management Solutions (Hardware and Software).
  • Willingness to travel as required by client and company engagements.
  • A high technical acumen with natural curiosity and willingness to dig deep into complex technologies.
  • Confident and concise communication with excellent presentation skills.
  • A demonstrable passion for Blockchain and the Crypto industry, whether it be a professional or personal interest.
  • An analytical approach that intuitively connects the dots.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with an interest and knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech and crypto.
  • You're an out-of-the-box thinker, client advocate, and a doer.
  • The ability to work with Webhooks, REST APIs, and perform basic scripting tasks.
  • Knowledge and experience working with industry data standards (e.g., in Banking (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA), a plus).
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$260,000$292,500 USD
