THE WORK:

We are seeking a new Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Team in Singapore.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure site or service uptime and rapid recovery from failures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch
  • Monitor and troubleshoot highly scalable and distributed server clusters (e.g. web servers, machine learning processing, etc.)
  • Participate in PagerDuty rotation for incident response and customer incidents support
  • Manage code deployments, fixes, and updates
  • Automate infrastructure needs, testing, failover solutions, failure mitigation, and much more
  • Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with the team on complex infrastructure, security, and monitoring challenges
  • Provide technical guidance and present new ideas on monitoring and logging (Have an interesting idea or solution? Present it!)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years in software engineering or system operations in high-traffic environments
  • Expertise in Linux-based systems, Linux/Unix administration, and Azure
  • Skilled with PostgreSQL and Docker-based infrastructures (e.g., Kubernetes, AKS)
  • Proficient in Python and Bash scripting
  • Experienced with message brokers like RabbitMQ
  • Knowledgeable in modern monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Application Insights, Grafana, Datadog)
  • Practical with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Process-oriented with strong documentation abilities and a solid team player!
