THE WORK:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who is passionate about using crypto technology to redefine the $160T+ cross-border payments space. As a Lead PM you will be responsible for improving crypto building blocks to evolve the RippleNet payments platform and improve our customers’ experience. To succeed, you will be strategic and detailed and lead cross-functional partners across the org to build a zero to one product and then scale it.
WHAT YOU'L DO:
- Deeply understand the customers’ needs and requirements to deliver an incredible cross-border payments experience. Use this understanding to set the strategy for a new version of our product
- Understand how to build and scale zero to one products
- Understand decentralized technology and recommend how this technology can be used for a better user experience
- Engage with a wide range of cross-functional team members and partners to ensure successful execution, requirements gathering and go-to-market
- Work with partnerships teams to secure necessary product partnerships needed to launch
- Define and drive performance standards and test-cases to ensure a consistent and robust customer experience
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Passion for crypto technologies and how they can be used to improve traditional finance.
- Ability to take a big ambiguous problem and translate it into product requirements and roadmap
- Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate both across different teams
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution
- Experience being diligent while simultaneously keeping the big-picture in mind
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience and 3 years in product management
- Prior experience at a fast-paced technology company
- Bonus points - familiarity with some aspect of crypto; payments and/or markets liquidity; understanding of trading and/or markets concepts
