Pantera is hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and personal support to its President. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is proactive and detail-oriented, and brings curiosity and problem-solving skills to every task. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a senior executive in a high-pressure setting and is eager to take ownership, anticipate needs, and keep the machine running smoothly. This role requires presence at least four days a week in our New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, detail oriented executive support to the President.
- Coordinate and manage multiple complex calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Assist in organizing and managing logistics for industry conferences, ensuring seamless participation for the executive.
- Conduct targeted market research and prepare briefing materials
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and board/committee materials
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports and track reimbursements, as necessary.
- Provide additional support as required by the executive, adapting to changing priorities and urgent needs.
- Cohesively collaborate with other Administration staff and Executive Assistants.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting C-suite or senior executive, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to think critically and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they become problems.
- Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism, while always maintaining strict confidentiality
- Strong work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, scheduling automation, Notion AI, etc.), with a growth mindset for learning new platforms
- Familiarity with/interest in Blockchain is a plus.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000 USD*
*Compensation range is provided as an estimate and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
