The Strategic Onchain Data Analyst will be instrumental in crafting, orchestrating, and implementing airdrop strategies. This role demands a profound comprehension of blockchain dynamics, focusing on airdrop methodologies and crypto-native analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of analytical prowess, technical skills, and exceptional communication abilities, adept at collaborating with executive leadership and driving ecosystem growth.
What are the role responsibilities?
- Design, orchestrate, and execute innovative airdrop campaigns, aligning them with broader blockchain ecosystem growth strategies.
- Regularly conduct and manage frequent, recurring airdrops, ensuring their strategic and targeted delivery.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, providing insights and strategic direction for airdrop campaigns.
- Set clear quantitative goals, measure progress, and communicate results to the broader organization and community.
- Utilize crypto-native analytic tools like Dune to derive actionable insights and enhance airdrop effectiveness.
- Engage in continuous dialogue with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively conveying complex airdrop strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology and airdrop techniques, integrating new ideas into strategic plans.
What skills do you bring?
- Strong background in blockchain technology and airdrop methodologies.
- Proven experience in a strategic or analytical role, ideally as a Strategic Analyst or similar, within the blockchain or related sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executive teams, contributing to significant strategic objectives.
- Technical proficiency and experience with crypto-native tools like Dune.
- Must be located outside of the US
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of blockchain ecosystem development and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Ethereum’s infrastructure, scaling solutions, and broader blockchain contexts.
- Knowledge of tokenomics, decentralized governance models, and cutting-edge trends in blockchain technology.
