About the Opportunity
We're looking for a market-obsessed, business-driven PM to own the DEX Market experience. This role sits at the intersection of on-chain data, trader psychology, and fast-moving market narratives. You won't just manage requirements — you'll hunt the next wave before it arrives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor real-time on-chain market dynamics (eg. Meme cycles, token launches, narrative rotations etc.）.
- Build a systematic process for capturing hot trends from Twitter/X, Telegram alpha groups, and on-chain signals, and translating them into product decisions.
- Own the DEX market product roadmap — define what to build, why, and when.
- Go deep on leading DEX trading terminals (GMGN, Axiom, Debot, etc.) — beyond feature comparison, understand their growth strategy and user psychology.
- Build nuanced profiles of DEX trader archetypes — Meme hunters, arbitrageurs, quant-style traders — and turn behavioral data into product bets.
- Drive fast, high-quality delivery across design, engineering, data, and marketing.
- Drive alignment through clear communication and strong ownership — not just coordination.
What We Look For In You
- 3+ years in internet product management; crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred.
- You use DEX products yourself — you understand what traders actually feel, not just what they say.
- Market instinct is your habit: you follow Crypto Twitter, live in Telegram groups, track on-chain data daily.
- Business-first mindset: outcomes and opportunities over feature checklists.
- Proactive, direct communicator who drives alignment without being asked.
- Strong product methodology, analytical thinking, and high stress tolerance.
- Fluent in English and Chinese as working languages.
Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience with GMGN, Axiom, Debot, or similar DEX trading terminals.
- Ability to read on-chain data directly (Dune, Nansen, etc.).
- Experience driving measurable business impact.
