About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Trade and market-make prediction market instruments (sports, politics, macro events) across major DeFi venues.
- Develop and manage systematic strategies for odds dislocations, cross-venue arbitrage, and event lifecycle pricing.
- Build pre-event, in-play, and post-settlement trading playbooks with clear risk controls.
- Monitor order books, liquidity shifts, oracle behavior, and settlement mechanics to capture edge while minimizing tail risk.
- Partner with engineers to improve low-latency execution, quoting systems, and monitoring dashboards.
What We Look For In You
- Strong track record in systematic trading, market making, or event-driven trading (crypto, sports, or prediction markets preferred).

Deep understanding of market microstructure, probability/odds modeling, and risk management.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; Rust/C++/Java acceptable) for rapid prototyping and production collaboration.

Experience with onchain execution constraints (gas, mempool dynamics, slippage, bridge/settlement risk, smart contract risk).

Strong communication and collaboration skills with quant, engineering, risk teams and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Sports modeling experience (team/player priors, injury/news impact, implied probability calibration).
- Familiarity with CEX/DEX hedging workflows and delta-neutral risk frameworks.
- Experience building real-time automation around event catalysts.
- Knowledge of oracle design, dispute windows, and market resolution edge cases.
- Experience trading prediction market or perpetual dex
