About The Opportunity
OKX is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Product Director for User Growth.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving natural product growth through innovative product features that boost user conversion, retention, and reactivation.
You will leverage the product itself as a catalyst for viral growth, ensuring that our platform not only attracts new users but also deepens engagement and loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Product Coverage: Excellent opportunity to touch the whole spectrum of retail trading, earn and payments products
- Innovation and Experimentation:
- Foster a culture of experimentation by developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling successful growth initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure OKX remains at the forefront of product innovation.

- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define clear product specifications.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to drive the development process from ideation to launch. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, and address any technical challenges that arise.
- Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that harness the power of product features to drive natural user acquisition and retention.
- Spearhead initiatives to create viral growth loops within the product ecosystem.

- User Conversion, Retention, and Reactivation:
- Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates, increase retention, and reactivate dormant users.
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously refine growth strategies and improve the overall user journey.

- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives.

- Data-driven Decision Making:
- Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement of growth experiments.

- Market Expansion:
- Drive end-to-end growth especially in the European and American markets, leveraging your direct experience in launching and scaling products.
- Develop tailored go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and establish strong product-market fit.

- Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring smooth product adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
What We Look For In You
- Proven Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in consumer products. Experience in crypto-related industry is strongly preferred.
- User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centric design principles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools and conducting A/B testing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Win as a team: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving consensus and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving industry and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
