About The Team
As a Senior Data Analyst – VIP & Institution, you will be a strategic analytics partner helping define and grow our VIP and institutional business segments. You will work closely with commercial leadership to turn data into actionable business strategies, define performance targets and OKRs, and design incentive plans that drive revenue growth, client engagement, and long-term partnership success.
You will combine your analytical mindset with strong business understanding to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, finance, and operations. You will also be critical in shaping strategy, tracking performance, and guiding leadership on key levers that impact both customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Business Strategy & Growth Enablement
- Partner with VIP & institutional business leaders to align on strategic goals and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate business priorities into measurable targets and design incentive frameworks that motivate internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead performance reviews and recommend strategic pivots based on data-driven insights.
Data-Driven Decision Support
- Analyze business performance, segment trends, revenue patterns, and client behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide senior leadership with clear, concise insights and recommendations that support business initiatives (e.g., incentives, engagement programs).
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop and streamline dashboards, business scorecards, and regular reporting on VIP & institutional performance against targets.
- Monitor efficiency, revenue traction, and client engagement metrics; identify areas for improvement and recommend actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to integrate analytics into planning and execution.
- Serve as a trusted analytics consultant to stakeholders — translating complex data into clear business narratives.
Business Incentive & Target Design
- Lead the design of incentive programs and bonus structures tied to business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Define frameworks for target setting across segments, and support business partners in understanding and owning these targets.
What We Look For In You
Business-Savvy Analytics Experience
- 5+ years experience in business analysis, strategy analytics, or related roles in crypto, fintech, financial services, or high-growth tech environments.
- Strong ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and influence key stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking
- Proven experience in setting targets, defining OKRs, and translating strategy into measurable results.
- Experience designing incentive programs or performance-linked frameworks is a strong plus.
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent communicator: able to present complex insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus on performance measurement and strategic priorities.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Comfort working with data tools and BI platforms to generate insights (SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI or similar).
- Technical (Basic SQL & Python) and analytical skills are required to interpret data and support decision-making
