What You'll Be Doing:
On-site Management & Team Support
- Responsible for the daily on-site management of the risk control team, including attendance, scheduling, work discipline, and maintaining office order
- Assist team leaders in supervising business execution quality to ensure the implementation of risk control strategies, operating standards, and processes
- Organize and coordinate on-site resources to ensure efficient team operations
Risk Monitoring & Incident Response
- Monitor account risk indicators and abnormal events, promptly identifying and reporting potential risks
- Participate in emergency handling and review of sudden risk incidents, summarizing improvements
- Coordinate communication with related departments such as Risk Management, Compliance, and Customer Service to ensure closed-loop problem resolution
Process Optimization & Data Support
- Collect and analyze on-site management and risk control business data to support process optimization and strategy adjustment
- Participate in developing and improving on-site management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in promoting system feature optimization and implementation of automated risk-control tools
Training & Team Building
- Regularly conduct case sharing and experience reviews to improve the team’s risk identification and response capability
- Assist in building a positive, compliant, and professional team culture

现场管理与团队支持
- 负责风控团队日常现场管理工作,包括人员考勤、排班、工作纪律及办公秩序维护
- 协助团队负责人监督业务执行质量,确保风控策略、操作规范和流程的落实
- 组织并协调现场资源,保障团队高效运转
风险监控与事件响应
- 监控账户风险指标与异常事件,及时发现并上报潜在风险
- 参与突发风险事件的应急处理和复盘,总结改进措施
- 协调与风险管理、合规、客服等相关部门的沟通,确保问题闭环处理
流程优化与数据支持
- 收集并分析现场管理与风控业务数据,为流程优化与策略调整提供支持
- 参与制定和完善现场管理制度及标准作业流程(SOP)
- 协助推动系统功能优化与自动化风控工具落地
培训与团队建设
- 定期开展风控案例分享与经验总结,提升团队风险识别与应对能力
- 协助构建积极、合规、专业的团队文化
What We Look For in You:
Work Experience
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in risk management, risk control operations, account security, on-site management, or team management
- Experience in FinTech, payments, e-commerce, or banking is preferred
Professional Skills
- Knowledge of account risk control processes, anti-fraud mechanisms, risk warning, and emergency handling procedures
- Proficient in office software (Excel, PPT, etc.) with basic data analysis skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem analysis ability, capable of independently identifying and resolving on-site management issues
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Communication & Coordination
- Excellent spoken and written in English and Chinese as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration abilities, able to work efficiently in multitasking environments
- Strong execution and sense of responsibility, able to handle work pressure

任职标准:
工作经验
- 具有1–3年及以上风险管理、风控运营、账户安全、现场管理或团队管理类相关工作经验
- 有互联网金融、支付、电商或银行业从业经历者优先
专业技能
- 了解账户风控流程、反欺诈机制、风险预警及应急处置流程
- 熟练使用办公软件(Excel、PPT等),具备基础的数据分析能力
- 具备较强的逻辑思维与问题分析能力,能独立发现并解决现场管理问题
- 熟悉SQL、Python或数据可视化工具(如Power BI、Tableau)者优先
沟通与协调能力
- 具备良好的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力,能在多任务环境下高效推进工作
- 具有较强的执行力与责任心,能承受一定工作压力
