About the Opportunity

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, while balancing customer experience and business growth
  • Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitor industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, legal, operations, and quality assurance, to integrate compliance considerations into product planning and development processes
  • Monitor and track compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver new compliance products and features to the market.
  • Support other global product launches and ongoing product adoption
  • Drive strategic alignment across other teams to ensure cohesive product functionality and value proposition

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the on-chain transaction processes.
  • Conduct competitor & user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the on-chain transaction processes.
  • Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Champion a user-centric approach, advocating for intuitive and secure user experiences during the entire deposit and withdrawal journey.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to on-chain transactions, such as conversion rates, conversion time etc.

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of product management experience; Experience designing and building compliance KYC system or other compliance systems (sanction screening system, compliance supervision services, compliance transaction monitoring, etc.) would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the risks and compliance in the crypto industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - Having worked in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin); ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing
  • Logical thinking - Displaying logical reasoning and critical thinking to analyze and evaluate complex problems and situations
  • High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions
  • Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
  • Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $313,055.00 to $375,666.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
