About the Opportunity
- We are looking for talent for our Liquidity Management, which is the internal liquidity providing legal entity for OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own external partnerships for Liquidity Management team end-to-end: sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding, and scaling partnerships with PB/WM, brokers, asset managers, exchanges, custodians, and liquidity venues.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline from TradFi and crypto ecosystems; map market opportunities and prioritise partners that drive structured product distribution and institutional onboarding.
- Lead cross-functional orchestration across Liquidity Management trading/structuring, OKX Institutional PM, Product PM, BD, Strategic Markets, FIBD, Compliance, Legal, and Ops to ensure timely launches and ongoing success.
- Drive integration and execution with external venues and partners: exchange connectivity, custody/wallet flows, API/operational processes, margin/cross-account setups.
- Provide domain expertise on options and structured products; advise internal stakeholders and partners on lifecycle management, hedging practices, margining, and platform rules.
- Expand and maintain partnership with external trading platforms and counterparties to optimise fees, margin, and risk terms (e.g., fee negotiations, cross-subaccount margin, liquidation terms).
- Represent Liquidity Management team at industry events and partner meetings; collect market insights to inform product roadmap and strategy.
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years in partnerships/BD/structuring within TradFi and/or crypto, with proven experience in options or structured products; strong understanding of crypto trading ecosystems and exchange rules.
- Demonstrated network among TradFi PB/WM, brokers, asset managers, custodians, exchanges and market makers; ability to open doors and close strategic partnerships. Strong cross-functional leadership
- Commercial and negotiation excellence, including fee/margin/terms optimization with venues and counterparties; experience negotiating with crypto trading venues is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in HK and SG; able to work closely with Compliance and Legal to design compliant distribution and hedging flows.
- Solid product knowledge: options greeks, lifecycle, payoff engineering, margining, hedging with venues (Cumberland, exchanges), as well as tokenization/distribution mechanics for MMF/ETF/structured products.
- Good communication in English and Chinese; able to translate complex technical/market concepts for executives and partners.
