About the Opportunity
The Brand Management Director, Americas will lead and scale the OKX brand across the region, strengthening our position as a top cryptocurrency and Web3 exchange. This role oversees the development of compelling, consistent, and differentiated brand and product narratives, from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate is a visionary brand builder and storyteller with a proven track record of driving measurable impact through creativity, cultural relevance, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the leading voice of the brand marketing team in the US and across the Americas region.
- Concept, build and develop brand marketing strategies driving the US business through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead storytelling initiatives in the US and Americas that reinforce OKX as an industry leader across traditional, emerging, and innovative formats.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from design through measurement, managing cross-functional teams, to deploy omnichannel campaigns.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, local markets, and product marketing, to ensure brand and product messaging resonates with B2C and B2B customers, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI, optimize marketing performance, and drive informed, results-focused decision-making across all channels.
- Foster a high-performance marketing team culture, driving professional growth, collaboration, and continuous skills development to meet ambitious business goals.

- The salary range for this position is in California, New York, and New Jersey: $214,000 - $250,000
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
