We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking project leader who’s excited to help engineering teams do their best work. In this role, you’ll guide projects from idea to delivery, bring fresh energy to how we manage work, and build strong relationships with team members along the way. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Lead(s) on one or more engineering teams, creating an open and trusting environment where teams can thrive and collaborate smoothly. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, empowering teams, and making an impact through technology, this is the role for you.
What you'll do:
- Establish agile processes that fit the project and make sure they can last over time.
- Bring fresh ideas to project management, always looking for better ways to deliver meaningful results.
- Facilitate and orchestrate the design and development of complex, custom-built business applications using modern technologies.
- Build and maintain release plans that support delivering value step by step. You’ll help set priorities, track progress, manage scope, handle risks, and keep the stakeholders in the loop.
- Shape delivery roadmaps that align with team goals, proactively managing risks while keeping communication honest and transparent.
- Ensure the value we deliver is clear, measurable, and well understood by the team.
- Navigate organizations with ease, building authentic relationships and helping teams work through challenges.
What you’ll need:
- You’ve led large-scale enterprise projects end-to-end and know what it takes to deliver successfully. (3-5 years)
- Things like release planning, capacity planning, estimation, and proposals feel familiar and manageable to you.
- You understand different software development approaches — from traditional to Agile — and can guide clients toward the best fit for their needs.
- You value collaboration over hierarchy, and you enjoy organizing sessions that bring people together to share ideas and move work forward.
- You’re comfortable working with distributed teams and know how to keep everyone aligned, no matter where they are.
- Ambiguity doesn’t throw you off — you stay resilient, adapt to challenges, and find creative ways through uncertainty. Risks don’t scare you; you face them head-on and manage them thoughtfully.
- Colleagues see you as a coach and mentor. You take time to motivate others, encourage accountability, and inspire teammates to step up.
