- Sales Leadership: Own, define, and drive Notabene’s direct sales strategy including segmentation, targeting, and execution across customer segments (VASPs, stablecoin operators, exchanges, custodians, fintechs, banks).
- Team Management & Coaching: Manage and mentor a growing sales team, coach on enterprise sales skills, pipeline hygiene, discovery, negotiation, and closing. Hire and grow the team.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and Ops to develop sales playbooks and ongoing enablement frameworks and contribute to GTM strategy. Equip the team with the tools, content, and training to succeed across a complex and rapidly evolving sales motion.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own and close high-value deals with key customers, ecosystem players, and channel partners, particularly around stablecoins and global payments. Demonstrate excellence in discovery, value selling, and consultative deal-making—setting a high bar for the team.
- Sales Operations Excellence: Own pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, velocity improvements, and support building scalable, data-driven processes.
- Customer Evangelism: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, and represent the voice of the customer internally to influence the product roadmap and product strategy.
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in sales roles, including 3-5 years in sales leadership roles (preferably at scaling SaaS companies at the Series B+ stage).
- Crypto and/or payments expertise with deep understanding of payments infrastructure, stablecoins, compliance, or adjacent fintech markets to accelerate top-of-funnel, land strategic logos, and be trusted by key customers.
- Experience with leading, up-skilling, and coaching Account Executives as a player/coach and personally owning a portion of the sales targets.
- Proven track record of scaling new business revenue in the context of expanding Notabene’s portfolio from one to a multi-product business.
- A track record of consistently exceeding targets both as an individual contributor and as a sales leader.
- Demonstrated ability to expand TAM by developing the value proposition and driving expansion of the ICP profile.
- Go-getter who can take ownership of the Sales goals using a metrics-driven strategy to shape sales, partnerships, operations, and execute on the GTM strategy.
- Strong grasp of key SaaS metrics (pipeline health, win/conversion rates, velocity, CAC / LTV, quota coverage) and growth levers.
- Obsessed with building and optimizing the sales/revenue engine (not just closing deals today but improving the processes and building the foundations to scale sales operations over the next 3-5 years), focusing on systematizing sales processes and playbooks.
- Excellent communicator and thought partner to the leadership team as well as the management team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

- Experience helping organizations reposition their offering to appeal to growth centers—moving beyond risk mitigation to enabling revenue, scalability, or market expansion
- International experience across regulated markets
- Partnerships or channel experience specifically re. custody providers, payment rails
- Experience with revenue pre and post sales (upsell, cross-sell strategy)
- Experience with a global customer base
