Your Mission
- Project Support: Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple product launches.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Support communication and coordination between various teams, including Product, Hardware Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present data related to launch readiness, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including launch checklists, status reports, and process flows.
- Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying and tracking potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Go-to-Market Readiness: Support the team in ensuring all aspects of go-to-market readiness, including inventory availability, logistics, and customer support preparedness.
- Support the creation of reports and presentations: Help create visually appealing and easy to understand presentations for various leadership levels.
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Office Tools (MS or Google Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in supply chain, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in English
