Your mission
- Develop and execute paid search and retargeting campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify relevant targets
- Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages
- Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI
- Track and analyze campaign performance, and report on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search and retargeting
- Collaborate with other members of the Performance Marketing team to share knowledge and best practices
- Work with other teams across the company, such as Product and Brand Marketing, to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing goals.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in paid search and retargeting
- Strong understanding of paid search and retargeting platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and Criteo
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization as well as spreadsheet mastery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and GTM is a plus
