Founded in 2014, Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 500 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 6 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
As our Amazon Operations Specialist, you'll be a key player in our global marketplaces success, bringing your unique skills to optimize operations and contribute to our rapid growth. You'll be responsible for managing stock forecasts and inventory, ensuring account health, listing our products, and troubleshooting any operational challenges that arise with a global footprint (18 countries for now, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and others).

Your mission
- Inventory Management:
- Develop accurate inventory forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with our supply chain team to streamline logistics and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to anticipate demand and proactively manage inventory.
- Account Health:
- Monitor account health metrics and take proactive measures to maintain excellent seller ratings.
- Ensure Buy Box ownership and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Effectively manage cases with Amazon Seller Support and Amazon accounts managers to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Catalog Optimization:
- Create and maintain high-quality product listings that accurately represent our brand and products.
- Optimize product pages with compelling content, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to improve organic ranking and drive traffic.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our brand image and global presence on Amazon.
- Operational excellence:
- Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
What we're looking for
- Proven first experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple streams of work
- Fluency in English
- Interest in web3/crypto
