International development team
This team is in charge of International growth of Ledger and focuses on developing local playbooks for our key International markets. We work in close collaboration with Ledger marketing, communications, sales, Operations and other teams to deliver successful go-to-market plans.
Your mission
- Is to ensure successful execution of the projects of the International team. As this role will support the whole International team with planning and execution projects can vary: a few examples may include a partnership with the top crypto exchange to drive consumer acquisition, the launch of Ledger on the new market, working with the CRM team to deliver a market-specific CRM strategy, etc.
- You will interact and join forces with Local Market Outreach team members around the globe. You work with various cross-functional teams to ensure that the project tasks and goals are completed within budget and on schedule. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and completion of the various International projects. You will manage various stakeholders to ensure that the projects align with the business goals. You will gather and interpret market and company data to develop actionable steps; assess company and client needs, review robust information, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement. You will support International business development by conducting research to identify markets’ and customers’ needs; working with existing and potential external partners; designing and executing successful partnerships.

- Good with data, capable of analysing and interpreting data.
- Excellent communicator, a total team player and transparent communicator.
- Perfectly fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years experience as project manager, market manager, business ops, etc.
Nice ro have
- Experienced enough to be autonomous with project execution.
- Responsible, trustable and conscious of the local environment and its constraints, in line with Ledger’s status in the matter.
- Experience in Web3, FinTech, Tech is a plus
