Responsibilities:
As an individual contributor, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the process, governance, reporting & tooling for Ledger Sales Teams. They will play a pivotal role within the Sales function and will work closely with the Sales Team on a day to day basis. This is an exciting role to help build a strong business and continue the exceptional growth we have experienced in recent years.

Missions:

  • Define and govern & improve operational procedures for the Sales Teams across Ledger
  • Develop effective, accurate and ideally automated reporting to senior management on activity, pipeline, lead generation, sales and other KPI’s Provide sales team with the tools, reporting & cadence required to deliver against target
  • Assist with incentive & commission planning
  • Optimise sales workflows from marketing automation, leveraging HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AirCall, ZoomInfo etc
  • Manage & govern post sales contract activity liaising with internal teams, to ensure contractual and invoicing obligations are met Maintaining source systems and up to date integration & data between these systems
  • Managing supplier relationships with core tools, ensuring technical and internal issues are resolved swiftly and effectively
  • Work with sales managers to create and maintain data flows that ensure Salesforce pipeline and forecast are reliable
  • Prepare periodic business review presentations
  • Participate in the onboarding and training process for new sales team members
  • Document and maintain up to date documentation on workflows, data flows and training

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years experience in Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Fluency in English (level C1 equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the confidence to engage, manage and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to operate at both a strategic level, but also at a micro level when tasks and data require analysis and deep understanding
  • Experience with a Data Visualisation / BI Tool (Tableau preferred)
  • [nice to have] Knowledge & proficiency in HubSpot, Sprout & Zapier
  • [nice to have] Fluency in French (if not native language)
  • [nice to have] Experience in a B2B & B2C Sales Organisation
  • [nice to have] Knowledge or experience in the Web3 ecosystem (crypto, NFT)
