About the role
- Creating and improving internal admin processes
- Ensuring data quality
- Cooperating with revenue functions (Finance, Marketing, Sales Team, Sales Development Representatives etc.) to ensure all steps of the revenue journey are mapped and visible to the relevant departments
- Ensuring we have the right technical tools for the jobEnabling Sales and SDR teams to use our CRM (Salesforce) in the best way
- You will often work cross-functionally with our Sales, SDR, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in ensuring that the data in our CRM is accurate and up to date
- Performing administrative processes such as deal closing and issuing reports
- Mastering current internal processes and being able to offer guidance to other teams and departments on appropriate behavior
- Learning the basic workings of Salesforce and being able to support with simple requests
- Assisting in developing internal education materials and with sales enablement training
- Ad-hoc cross-functional projects as needed
About You
- You will be working on a growing team, so adaptability in ambiguity is key.
- It would be great if you had: An educational background in business, operations, or communications is a plus
- A curious disposition and an ability to work independently and devise solutions to problems
- A thirst for knowledge and a keen eye for detail
- A genuine interest in processes and understanding the inner workings of the back-office. In short, you love to know what makes things tick
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness and interest to learn about the digital asset industry
