Customer Success Intern
- Maintaining and updating our client databases
- Evaluating client needs and advocating for our clients
- Support Customer Success lead in identifying and developing key strategies regarding the onboarding and retention of clients
- Developing and implementing processes to improve or maintain customer engagement
- Be up-to-date on all product updates and act as a conduit for this information to the relevant customers
- Develop internal and external education materials
- Ad-hoc cross-functional projects as needed.
- You will be working on a growing team, so adaptability in ambiguity is key.
- 0-2 years of experience with a background in business, operations, or communications
- Willingness and interest to learn about the digital asset industry
- Adaptability and can handle an ambiguous environment
- Strong Communication skills
