We are looking for a Paralegal to join Jump. As part of Jump’s global legal team, this dynamic role will work across offices, departments, and jurisdictions. The role will focus on general legal operation and administrative support, maintenance and training of legal technology tools. The ideal candidate should be a team player, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.
What You'll Do:
- Support legal department’s day to day operation, including workflow follow up, work allocation, work assignment;
- Maintain excellent, well organized records within the firm’s contract management system;
- Tracking and coordination of agreement negotiations and execution;
- Assist the team with legal research projects and initial contract review;
- Perform ad hoc requests and due diligence projects.

Skills You’ll Need:
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to ‘issue spot’ problems with forms, contracts, policies, and other documents;
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail;
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to thrive and excel in a dynamic and high-pressure environment;
- Legal administrative knowledge;
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and remote offices;
- Advanced computer skills, experience with document management systems; and
- Bachelor’s Degree, with at least two to three years’ experience in a paralegal role.
