Attracting and retaining premier talent is vital to Jump's ever-evolving business. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a Recruiting Operations professional to help optimize and streamline our global recruiting processes, vendor relationships, and interview coordination efforts.
What you'll do:
- Streamline recruiting workflows and operations to ensure efficiency and scalability across hiring pipelines globally.
- Enhance internal process documentation to support recruiting programs and business operations.
- Communicate vendor updates and new product features to the global recruiting team and evaluate the performance of existing vendors in order to propose alternative solutions.
- Manage contracts and renewals for all recruiting vendors.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across recruiting reports, systems and processes, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Build, maintain, and deliver hiring metrics, dashboards, and insights to partnering teams.
- Continuously analyze and identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the interview scheduling process.
- Ensure coordinators provide excellent support to recruiters; give timely feedback and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technologies for recruiting operations, recommending process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR with a focus on process optimization and vendor management.
- Proven track record of managing external recruiting vendors and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling platforms).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to partner across teams.
- Analytical skills with experience in creating reports, identifying trends, and implementing improvements.
- Familiarity with global recruiting environments and challenges is a plus.
