Attracting and retaining premier talent is vital to Jump's ever-evolving business. We're looking for a self-driven and motivated Talent Partner with a business development mindset to join our global recruiting team and help us build exceptional teams. In this role, you'll collaborate extensively with Jump's trading community, business development colleagues and other talent specialists to identify/source and recruit the world's top quantitative researchers, traders, and other talent profiles.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with firm leadership and internal hiring partners to develop and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies
- Serve as a coach throughout the recruitment process - guiding prospective candidates and internal partners from the initial stages of the interview experience to managing a seamless closing/onboarding process
- Act as a talent scout for the world's top talent - conducting in-depth research to identify and source the best and brightest minds - both opportunistically and for active mandates
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across the firm and with third-party recruitment agencies, ensuring Jump's brand is properly represented within the market
- Develop highly competitive and thoughtful offer packages, leveraging a range of data: market, internal and candidate history/expectations
- Partner across PeopleOps and other functions at a global level
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Skills you'll need:
- At least 8 years of experience managing and driving full life-cycle recruiting processes in a corporate setting and/or staffing search firm
- Proven success across the financial services/trading industry and a track record of hiring top talent and identifying / building new business opportunities
- Ability to negotiate independently and influence others across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills with a strong appetite to learn new areas of the business outside of your immediate comfort zone
- Team-first mindset with the ability to collaborate and partner across a global team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
- Reliable and predictable availability
