Jump Trading is one of the leading quantitative trading firms in the world. We are seeking an experienced Legal Analyst to be based in our Shanghai office to join our global team to help serve the legal needs of our APAC offices.

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Contract review including general vendor contracts, network/circuit purchase, data service, general consulting and simple contracts under various trading parties/projects
• Legal and regulatory research
• KYC/account opening onboarding including onshore and offshore China markets
• Manage PRC entities related corporate secretarial work

Skills and Qualification:

• Top tier law school (local & offshore) with at least 2 years training with Red Circle law firms (including full-time internship and junior year training) or top tier foreign law firms
• Strong core legal skill, be able to conduct legal work, including review, research and drafting in both Mandarin and English
• Strong attention to details
• Good communication skill and ability to work collaboratively
• problem-solving mindset, open-minded, quick learner
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment, and self-driven
