WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:
- Manage content across all platforms including: website, community, email and social media.
- Work with the content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to plan, create, and distribute the best content.
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms.
- Write the most powerful brand content.
- Manage the content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
- Develop, formulate and update cross-platform content strategies.
- Run ongoing team brainstorms to continually develop new ideas.
- Brainstorm new content ideas alongside the larger creative and marketing teams.
- Significantly increase our following on social media.
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
- Provide proofreading and editing submissions according to brand guidelines.
- Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience.
- Review analytics and search performance reports to assess the success of content marketing initiatives.
- Assist with outreach and amplification initiatives to improve the website’s search engine ranking scores.
- Perform. regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience.
- Creating and maintaining a streamlined content calendar that keeps the whole team on track.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
- 4+ years agency/web3 experience or experience in a similar role.
- Proven Managerial Skills and experience.
- Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Editing Skills.
- Highly computer literate… some knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS.
- A real creative edge.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems.
- Experience with social media management.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to be a team player.
