Internship Details:

GSR is seeking a motivated and talented individual for a 6-month internship with our Business Development team in Singapore. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of business development in the cryptocurrency and digital asset trading industry. This internship offers high-performing individuals the potential to convert to a full-time position within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, client prospects, and partnerships in the cryptocurrency space.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to help the team understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client and partner meetings.
  • Coordinate and help execute outreach initiatives to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Work on special projects to help optimize internal processes and improve client service.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand different aspects of GSR’s business operations and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of options and options math, with an understanding of key concepts such as greeks, pricing, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or another language commonly used in the APAC region is preferred).
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and financial markets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
