About the role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to set up and maintain test automation frameworks across multiple application platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our systems through automated testing, debugging, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Investigate issues reported by the technical support team and manage bug reports with clear communication.
• Design and execute test cases, ensuring thorough test coverage and reliable results in an agile environment.
• Build and execute multiple test scenarios, including acceptance tests, to validate application functionality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Set up and maintain API testing and load testing frameworks.
• Implement best practices and coding standards for automation testing.
• Integrate automated tests with third-party services required for validation and reporting.
• Provide detailed reports on test coverage and results to quantify the impact of automation efforts.
• Assist deployment teams in resolving system-level issues to ensure smooth releases.
• Document test processes, training materials, and onboarding guides for the QA team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), or a similar role.
• Strong experience designing and executing test plans for desktop and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium-based automation frameworks (e.g., WebdriverIO, RSpec, PyTest with Selenium).
• Experience working with modern front-end and back-end technologies in a testing capacity.
• Experience using WebdriverIO, Mocha, GitLab, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficiency in load testing tools for performance testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Git, and Postman.
• Understanding of tokenomics, NFTs, and decentralized exchanges.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and concepts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think from the end-user perspective.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Extra Credits

• Passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to a gaming-focused company.
• Experience working with Blockchain, NFT, and Cryptocurrency technologies.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract testing and automation
