Fortris is a digital asset management platform which was founded in 2017 by a team of payment
and security experts. At Fortris, we believe that digital assets will fundamentally change how
business is done and our mission is to allow organizations to be at the forefront of that
transformation.
We’ve created a platform which allows businesses and enterprises to integrate digital assets into
their daily operations, by connecting directly with their existing infrastructure. From payroll and
cross-border transactions to bookkeeping and payroll, our aim is to make the adoption of digital
assets simple and easy.
Your Mission
We're looking for an experienced Content Designer, to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll be
responsible for creating content that’s written in a way that our users can understand and that
enables them to confidently use our platform.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the user experience and creating
straightforward, human, helpful content. As a Content Designer, you’ll need to understand our users,
putting them at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll create micro copy (buttons, links, error messages etc.) for our platform, onboarding material,
guidance and technical documentation for our help center all with the aim of creating the best
possible experience for our users.
You'll work with some of the smartest minds in the industry, collaborating on a daily basis with
Product, UX Design and Communication teams to create amazing user experiences across multiple
projects.
What You'll Do
- Work with teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the company to create
content which is clear, concise and understandable - Use research, insight and data to continuously improve content across the platform and help
center, always aligning your work with business and user needs - Work in an open and collaborative way with designers, product managers and engineers as
an expert on voice and writing - Help to create and develop content principles, strategies, guides, improvements and
patterns, and apply these to your own work to ensure consistency - Consider content strategy and the best ways to communicate with our users at each
touchpoint - Maintain our style and tone of voice at each customer touchpoint
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience within a digital/tech environment
- A native English speaker
- Exceptional communication skills
- An ability to translate difficult technical concepts into easy-to-understand content to ensure
users get the information they need, in the way they need it - UX writing skills and expertise
- Experience in creating and iteratively improving content across digital platforms to meet user
and business needs - Experience in working with other teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure
content is accessible, accurate, consistent and follows the relevant guidelines - An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Ability to manage your workload across multiple projects
