We want to connect with Smart Contract Engineers of all experience levels, backgrounds, and specializations. Our portfolio is globally distributed, with remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide, building across the entire crypto ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- A senior Solidity/EVM engineer with deep experience shipping production mainnet deployments end-to-end.
- Strong command of core standards and patterns: upgradeability, role-gated attestation flows, Permit/Permit2, Foundry/Hardhat, and secure contract architecture.
- A security-first mindset; thinking in invariants, failure modes, replay protection, upgrade policies, and audit-ready code.
- Exceptional taste in API and interface design, writing clear, minimal, well-structured surfaces for iOS, backend, and indexing layers to depend on.
- Hands-on ability to lead architecture and implementation of: non-custodial escrow vaults outcome attestations sweep/refund flows indexing/observability (logs, subgraph/indexer, reliable queries)
- Ability to make pragmatic infrastructure decisions around key management, deployment pipelines, and reliability.
- Someone who thrives in fast iteration cycles and works closely with founders to keep the blockchain rails invisible to the end user.
