We want to connect with Execution Traders of all experience levels, backgrounds, and specializations from Canada, South America, Asia, and Europe. Our portfolio is globally distributed, with remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide, building across the entire crypto ecosystem.
You will join a small, high-impact trading team managing the operations, positioning, and performance of a global crypto portfolio. This role is core to how the company executes, optimizes, and safeguards the assets behind one of the most innovative products in the industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior level trader or execution specialist in electronic or quantitative trading.
- Deep knowledge of crypto markets,, especially perpetuals and spot trading plus experience executing via exchange APIs.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, or equivalent) for analysis, backtesting, and trade evaluation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute trades across spot, derivatives, and DeFi markets using proprietary systems and algorithms.
- Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, ensuring efficient collateral movements and market positioning.
- Operate in collaboration with global peers to ensure continuous trading coverage.
- Partner with engineering to improve trading infrastructure, tools, and automation.
- Assess market conditions, liquidity, and counterparty risks in real time and communicate key updates to senior stakeholders.
