This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We are actively hiring Analytics Engineers & Data Scientists for multiple portfolio companies building open crypto data infrastructure, AI tools, and on-chain intelligence platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in the broader New York City area and for exceptional candidates we are open to remote
- You have 2+ years of data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering background
- You love to ship products, exercise agency, have a growth mindset, and love crypto
- You love hard and ambiguous data problems - we aren’t afraid to ask anyone so you can get the data that you need
- Prior experience working with on-chain data (Dune, Flipside etc.) is a huge plus
About the Role(s):
- Own the protocol data platform end-to-end — designing, building, and shipping full-stack data features, while creating a scalable infrastructure that empowers analysts to do the same.
- Develop and maintain the industry’s best open and free on-chain dashboards, enabling anyone worldwide to access and understand blockchain activity.
- Advance the crypto industry by delivering high-quality, first-principle data and helping stakeholders interpret and apply it.
- Build your personal brand as a thought leader by sharing your work, insights, and dashboards with the broader community through writing, speaking, and social channels.
- Collaborate closely with top capital allocators in crypto — from global asset managers to leading token funds — incorporating their feedback, strengthening relationships, and driving innovation alongside them.

Our portfolio companies are globally distributed, hiring for remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide. They’re building across the entire crypto ecosystem - including DeFi, CeFi, infrastructure, L1s and L2s, creator and consumer applications, NFTs, ZK, Crypto x AI, and more.
