Solana Smart Contract Engineer (Contract, Short-Term) Dinari | Remote | Contract Engagement

About the Role
Dinari is looking for a senior Solana smart contract engineer for a short-term contract engagement to design and build the token infrastructure needed to support tokenized securities on Solana. This is a focused, hands-on build: you'll be implementing compliant, permissioned token contracts that support corporate actions (e.g., stock splits, dividends, redemptions) within Dinari's broker-dealer and digital securities framework.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement token contracts on Solana using the Token Extensions program (Token-2022), leveraging relevant extensions (transfer hooks, permanent delegate, default account state, metadata, etc.) to build permissioned, compliant tokens
  • Build support for corporate actions (splits, dividends, redemptions, etc) at the contract level
  • Ensure token contracts meet regulatory/compliance requirements appropriate for securities-backed digital assets
  • Collaborate with Dinari's engineering, legal, and compliance teams to align implementation with regulatory constraints
  • Write tests, documentation, and deployment scripts; support audit readiness

What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level experience writing and deploying Solana smart contracts (Rust, Anchor)
  • Strong familiarity with the SPL Token program and Token Extensions (Token-2022) — specifically permissioning/compliance-oriented extensions
  • Experience building permissioned or restricted-transfer token systems (regulated assets, RWAs, or similar)
  • Comfort working in a regulated fintech environment with compliance-driven requirements
  • Prior experience with tokenized securities, corporate actions logic, or broker-dealer systems is a strong plus

Engagement Type
Short-term contract, scope focused on delivering production-ready Solana token contracts to support Dinari's tokenized equity offerings.
