What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Set up call and meeting schedules; prepare and distribute of agendas, notes, and materials; and administrative problem solving (e.g., meeting/resource conflict resolution)
  • Inter-departmental coordination and process improvement
  • Subject matter expert on company resources and own and update internal resource guides
  • Travel & expense coordination, including familiarity with internal processes, tools, and vendors
  • Plan and execute programming and events that facilitate knowledge transfer, partnerships, and relationship building between our portfolio companies and network; this includes coordinating virtual and in-person events across a variety of formats and locations
  • Support the process of tracking performance and engagement with companies in the DCG portfolio; this could include participating in calls and meetings with founders, documenting and circulating updates, maintaining the CRM and portfolio dashboard, and preparing materials for quarterly and annual portfolio reviews
  • Help produce playbooks, templates, how-to-guides, and reference materials for the use of our portfolio companies and team
  • Maintain and regularly update company website, jobs board, vendor marketplace, talent portal, informational materials, and recurring content

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years professional experience working in program management, project management, or operations Proactive self-starter and team player with a solutions-focus and positive attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Passion for organization and transforming routine tasks into well-documented process
  • Reliable time management skills and method for tracking objectives and tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage short term projects from conception to execution and power through setbacks with focus and determination
  • Comfort adapting to changing situations and priorities with a sense of accountability and urgency
  • Appreciation of input and candid feedback
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Google Suite, and other relevant business tools (e.g. Eventbrite)
