Position Overview

Delphi Digital is hiring a Head of Media to own and scale our media platform end-to-end. This role is responsible for defining media strategy, driving distribution, and turning content into a durable top-of-funnel engine for Delphi Research and a brand amplifier for Delphi Consulting.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. The Head of Media will operate as a business owner, not a content manager and responsible for audience growth, brand impact, and commercial outcomes across podcasts, video, social, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

● Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Delphi Digital’s media business
● Lead Delphi’s podcast and show strategy, including formats, hosts, and editorial positioning
● Identify and execute sponsorship and monetization opportunities where appropriate
● Own distribution and growth across YouTube, X, Spotify and other channels
● Elevate the Delphi Consulting brand through through thought leadership and market commentary
● Translate Delphi Pro research into media native distribution assets to act as a top of funnel for the business

Experience & Education

● 7+ years of experience in media, content, audience growth, or digital publishing
● Proven track record building and scaling media platforms, shows, or content ecosystems
● Strong understanding of distribution mechanics (social, video, podcasts, platforms)
● High editorial standards and strong narrative judgment
● Experience operating at the intersection of brand, growth, and monetization
● Crypto experience required: Prior work in crypto, fintech, or adjacent industries
● Demonstrated fluency in crypto concepts with the ability to ramp quickly
