Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines full-stack development expertise with AI/ML specialization to build intelligent agents and productivity tools that transform our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing scalable AI-powered solutions and a strong understanding of both traditional software development and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Development

• Design and develop AI agents for sales automation, lead qualification, customer segmentation, and marketing campaign optimization
• Build intelligent productivity tools that streamline sales workflows and enhance marketing effectiveness
• Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, customer behavior analysis, and sales forecasting
• Create automated systems for content generation, email marketing, and customer engagement
• Develop chatbots and conversational AI interfaces for customer support and lead generation

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications from frontend to backend
• Collaborate with engineering team and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and documented code using best practices
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience
• Integrate external APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and advocate for code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development
• Ensure code dependencies are kept up to date
• Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing web applications and workflows

Cloud Infrastructure & Operations

• Leverage AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, Step Functions, etc.) to build scalable AI solutions
• Implement serverless architectures for AI model deployment and real-time processing
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline and CodeBuild
• Support internal IT operations by providing assistance through tasks such as:
  • New hire security training
  • Employee account management
  • Bug bounty program management
  • Subscription management support

Data & Analytics

• Work with multiple database systems (DynamoDB, Aurora MySQL, WordPress) to manage and analyze customer data
• Build data pipelines for AI model training and real-time inference
• Implement analytics dashboards and reporting tools for sales and marketing insights
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all AI systems

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Backend Development: Proficiency in NestJS/TypeScript and Phoenix/Elixir
• Frontend Development: Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt, and Express BFF patterns
• AI/ML Expertise: Experienc.e with machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, and AI model deployment
• /.AWS Services: Hands-on experience with ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, EventBridge, SQS, SNS
• Database Systems: Proficiency with DynamoDB, Aurora MySQL, and WordPress
• Version Control: Advanced Git knowledge and collaborative development practices

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML development and deployment experience
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered applications in production

Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI GPT models, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks
• Knowledge of sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration
• Background in sales or marketing domain knowledge
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or strong GitHub profile
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services
