Our design team operates as both an internal creative studio and an external agency via our Delphi Design arm; becoming design partners for founders and teams shaping the future of technology.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Design Lead who can move between strategic clarity and crafted execution. Someone who can define an idea, build the system and stories around it, and carry it through to launch.

This is not a 9-to-5 design-execution role. It’s a chance to own creative direction across a range of ventures; from internal Delphi initiatives to early-stage startups and funds, and shape the visual and conceptual language of the next era of technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute brand identity systems across client and in-house projects.
• Partner with founders, strategists, and researchers to shape positioning and narrative.
• Lead creative strategy: naming, voice, positioning, tone, and visual narrative.
• Direct and execute across key touchpoints; digital, motion, print, and social.
• Guide and mentor other designers, maintaining coherence across work-streams.
• Present and defend creative work with clarity and strategic grounding.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a clear eye for visual identity, typography and creative direction. Studio or agency environment experience is a plus.
• Portfolio showing depth in concept and strategic thinking, not just visual polish.
• Comfort running multiple projects in parallel and working with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma); motion or 3D familiarity is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clarity of thought under pressure.
• Curiosity about technology, finance, or culture-building at the edges of innovation.
