About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Communications Manager to support our day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and campaign workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, can manage multiple moving parts across teams, and has a knack for keeping operations running smoothly.
The role also involves managing light customer relations work, CRM data upkeep, and assisting with administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Workflow Management
- Maintain Monday.com boards and automation systems, ensuring dashboards remain accurate and up to date for management visibility at all times.
- Monitor weekly analyst work tracking, follow up as needed, and proactively alert manager to gaps or delays
- Support the creation and management of internal workflows, dashboards, and forms to streamline project tracking and communication.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure that operational data are consistently updated.
- Prepare and maintain internal reference guides or training materials to simplify team processes.
- Provide backup administrative support for internal operational needs, including backend and CRM systems such as WordPress, Hubspot and Chargebee.
- Assist with cross-team operational tasks, facilitating coordination between departments to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Publishing & Campaign Management
- Coordinate report publishing activities — including gathering final approvals from both clients and internal teams, and ensuring consistency across formats and channels.
- Manage timely approvals, documentation, and communication between clients and internal teams to support consistent and efficient content publishing.
- Oversee report distribution activities, including executing newsletter campaigns and coordinating dissemination across relevant channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, PR partners).
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive amplification across channels.
- Track and manage amplification performance, including monitoring impressions and engagement to measure reach and reporting results internally and to clients, as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Monday).
- Basic familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and website management tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Good communication and follow-up skills; proactive in ensuring timelines are met.
