Community & Social Media Manager
Dapper Labs
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Actively manage and moderate Discord, Twitter, and Telegram to ensure a positive and engaging environment.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and discussions in real time, acting as a bridge between users and internal teams.
- Organize and host AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and community events to strengthen engagement and connection.
- Be creative and innovative in coming up with new engagement strategies such as game nights, ambassador programs, and interactive campaigns that build excitement and keep the community engaged.
- Track key community growth metrics (engagement rate, retention, sentiment analysis, active members, etc.) and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies to grow Dapper Labs’ audience across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (tweets, videos, graphics, memes) that resonates with Web3, NFT, and gaming communities.
- Monitor social trends, jump into relevant conversations, and leverage viral moments to boost brand visibility.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and provide weekly reports to assess performance and optimize strategies.
Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling narratives around Dapper Labs products and partnerships.
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and educational content to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align messaging across platforms.
Influencer & Partner Engagement:
- Build relationships with key community members, influencers, and brand advocates to amplify Dapper Labs' presence.
- Manage influencer campaigns and ambassador programs that drive organic reach and user acquisition.
Community Advocacy & Reputation Management:
- Act as the voice of the community, relaying feedback and insights to internal teams.
- Proactively monitor brand sentiment and address misinformation with professionalism and clarity.
- Develop strategies for crisis management and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy community atmosphere.
About you:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and online community management, ideally within blockchain, Web3, NFTs, or gaming.
- Strong knowledge of Twitter, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms relevant to Web3 culture.
- Ability to craft engaging, viral-worthy content tailored to different audience segments.
- Experience with social and community growth marketing strategies, including influencer collaborations, referral campaigns, and gamification.
- A creative thinker who thrives on coming up with fresh, outside-the-box ideas for engagement.
- Strong data and analytical skills with experience using social media and community analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Discord analytics, Twitter Analytics).
- Experience tracking and reporting on key social and community growth metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
