- We’re 150+ employees across 2 companies - and you’ll be at the forefront of building the foundations for organizational scale.
- You’ll champion all recruitment initiatives.
- You’ll establish yourself as a recruitment point person across the organization by building relationships with key stakeholders.
- You’ll partner with team members and managers on key recruitment issues and initiatives (talent acquisition, employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding, diversity and inclusion, and more).
- You’ll partner with leadership on all recruitment matters.
- You’ll participate in developing best-in-class recruitment guidelines and procedures for an innovative, fast-paced, and evolving organization.
- You’ll keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, bringing them back to the team so we can experiment with them together.
- You’ll lead OKR projects and initiatives from start to finish.
A little about you:
- This is a remote role, but strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, USA.
- You have extensive experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally at a startup or tech company.
- You’re a go-getter and comfortable working autonomously and proactively in an environment with lots of unknowns and ambiguity. You are capable of applying your skills across a variety of use cases.
- We believe in processes and the power of planning, but you will often have to roll with the punches and prioritize the most impactful tasks on the fly.
- You have a high attention to detail which allows you to identify gaps and missing pieces to minimize opportunities for oversight.
- You thrive on change and are passionate about creating and iterating processes in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
- You are a creative problem solver and find recruitment and scaling challenges interesting.
- You have strong influencing and communication skills and a knack for building trust and strong relationships.
- You leverage data to influence hiring plans and decisions, ensuring a strategic approach to recruitment.
