As a University Relations & Programs Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to attract and recruit top-tier graduates and interns from universities worldwide, while also planning and executing of our internship program.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to create and implement innovative strategies aimed at attracting, recruiting, and retaining a diverse pool of high-potential university talent
- Work with local university recruiting teams and key stakeholders to align university partnerships with business needs, ensuring recruiting initiatives resonate with and attract top university talent
- Research, identify, develop and maintain strong partnerships with several universities, student organizations, and faculty
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the logistics and scheduling of impactful on-campus and in-office recruiting events, encompassing program development, staffing, attendee preparation, catering, and shipping
- Collaborate with the university recruiting team, operations, talent development, and stakeholders to design and deliver consistent, high-quality global internship programs
- Collect, prepare, and analyze metrics and reports to measure the success of university partnerships and programs, continuously updating our approach to enhance outcomes
- Partner with Communications team to advertise events and programs through social channels, drw.com, and directly to students
You will be right at home if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3+ years of university recruiting experience, ideally in a technology-driven industry
- Thrive on engaging with people and building meaningful relationships
- Are willing to travel to core universities during peak recruiting seasons
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong initiative and a sense of urgency, along with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Approach your work with flexibility, adapting readily to an ever-changing landscape
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
